Private Sessions

At 11 Pilates we offer private & semi private sessions from 1 up to a maximum of 4 people.

Private session 1-1 (55 Minutes)

£45 for a single session
£200 for 5 sessions (£25 saving)

A private session is available for any age and fitness level. Whether you are new to pilates, recovering from an injury, an athlete with specific goals or you simply want to improve and get the best out of your pilates, then this is for you!

This session will be include a postural analysis at the the start of your first session, to determine you posture type, so the session can be programmed to suit your individual needs/goals.

Semi – Private session 2 – 1 (55 Minutes)

£60 for a single session – £30 per person
£270 for 5 sessions – £135 per person (£15 saving pp)

Grab your bestie, partner or family member and come along to a semi – private session, because working out is always better with company, right?

A postural analysis will be completed for both of you at the the start of your first session, to determine you posture type, so the session can be programmed to suit your needs/goals.

Semi – Private session 3 – 1 (55 Minutes)

£75 for a single session – £25 per person
£345 for 5 sessions – £115 per person (£10 saving pp)

If you prefer to have your own private class for you and 2 others then we can accommodate you!

No posture assessment will be provided on this session. You can either choose to focus on a certain goal as a group or a full body workout can be provided based on your fitness level/ability.

Semi – Private session 4 – 1 (55 Minutes)

£88 for a single session – £22 per person
£400 for 5 sessions – £100 per person (£10 saving pp)

If you prefer to have your own private class for you and 3 others then we can accommodate you!

No posture assessment will be provided on this session. You can either choose to focus on a certain goal as a group or a full body workout can be provided based on your fitness level/ability.
