Beginner Reformer Pilates
If you are completely new to reformer Pilates this is the class for you! A slightly slower paced class teaching the basic principles of Pilates and developing a mind–body connection.
You will become familiar with the reformer bed and the different ways which it can be used. This class will help improve your posture, flexibility and balance whilst strengthening and stabilising through your core muscles. Beginner’s classes will focus on the full body giving you an all-round, challenging workout.
*At least 5 beginner classes are recommended before moving on to other classes.
